Cool air, the AC works really well! (Note, it's 103 deg F outside) We came in, order was taken with a smile, and best of all...we could enjoy our meal in the dining room. We ordered a Calzone. It was tasty. And the best part was the crust was crispy. The Italian part was satisfying.

Man, this was an unexpected hidden gym. The place was clean and the cashier was competent, friendly, and efficient. That is rare these days! But what set me over the happy edge was their ice! It’s amazing, and worth this review alone!

Great drive-thru service 👍🏼 Great food.
Only complaint I have is that I wish it was closer to me.

****The drive-thru window is sometimes easy to miss? I thought it was heat exhaustion 🥴, but the d-t attendant said people drive past it sometimes. 🤷🏻‍♀️😅

My experience today was unpleasant. Had a piece of hair in my sandwich. Iv eaten here before this was my 2nd time. Very upset I chose to go here on lunch and 2 bites into my sandwich and this happened! So now I have no lunch and don’t get off work until 5pm. With Covid going on you would think restaurants would be a little more cleaner! This needs to be addressed.

I'm in line at the Addison schlotzskys & myself & two other customers have been in line for over ten minutes & there are no employees in sight. No one at the register, & many of the tables are absolutely filthy. This is my first time at schlotzskys, & I'll never ever be back. The owner should look at the video footage starting about 7:40pm on 7/19/22. Never, ever, again.

I use this place everytime. I love it here but this time I just wanted to use the restroom for my 3 year old and they mentioned you can only use it if you are buying something. This was a shame !

The evening shift lady was grumpy and then when they forgot something on my order… I waited at the counter for 10 min. until someone came back. No one was manning the register. Super weird.

I love Schlotzky’s Deli. I just got there original on jalapeño bread. Yum. I only went through the drive through, but was fast, friendly, and fresh!
