Well done hotel. Very comfortable and looks like a small castle outside. Rooms normal and you can relax during the night. Breakfast good but of course sweets are not the man n course. Also for dinner is nice. I know i will be back for sure.

So good things first: the restaurant is quite good. They had a Moroccan theme while I was there, but also had decent Polish dishes to chose from. The service is not overly friendly but ok. As far as the hotel is concerned... I got switched three times, because there was no Wifi signal in the first two rooms. In the third, I started to get really cold at night (it was -3 outside and about 0 degrees inside...) That’s when I realized the heating wasn’t working. I went to the front desk at 1:00am, the older lady there couldn’t speak English or German, so it took 20 minutes until she seemingly understood. She went to the maintenance room and got me one of those hardcore old school electric heaters, that made my nose and eyes dry up like crazy. Anyway, in the morning heating was turned on. I asked about it and was told that they turn on the heating a day before someone moves in and, since I switched rooms, it wasn’t possible to switch it on in time. However, the same happened the next night and the night after that. The room itself wasn’t bad, with the exception of the big, uncomfortable pillows. Also, not much to do around the hotel, since it’s not central.

This is my third year of visiting this hotel for a yoga retreat, and probably the 8th or 9th time the yoga group has visited.
the staff have been wonderful always happy to help.
The food was very good all of polish origin, even coping with most of us being vegetarian and with numerous food allergies.
The rooms are clean and tidy although they vary in size as the building is quite old. bathrooms are ok with loads of hot water.
The hotel is located right in the centre of the town on a pedestrian area with in a short walk of the beautiful park.
There are numerous coffee shops and other shops and a thriving market several days of the week.
The town is also spa town so there are numerous interesting water treatments available, there's also a massage clinic based in the hotel. which is great for easing all those aches and pains after a long day of yoga.

Feedback about restaurant. ☝️ It used to be better. I don't know what to do to ruin the salad, but they did it. salmon salad for PLN 30 tastes worse than burdocks along the road. they used old cabbage leaves, the salmon was tasteless, and they also added pickled radish. nothing matches. terrible impression. 🫤 We used to come here regularly and won't be back and won't recommend to anyone. my friend's dish was also so-so. 😑 too expensive and without any taste.

We were just visiting its restaurant. It’s in the very picturesque center of Cieplice, Great cuisine, esthetic and yummy dishes, very quick and pleasant service. Highly recommend!

Anything you want from the hotel. Stayed here on 2 occasions for 4 nights in total.
Nice, modern clean rooms. Food in the restaurant is top quality (I recommend Tatar and Wild Hog Ribs). Staff is very friendly and professional. Keep up good job!
