A very nice SPA in Riga. I enjoyed three types of sauna, a jacuzzi, contrast baths for feet, an amazing back massage by masseur Ļuba and a swimming pool. Only thing that I didn't try out is the russian shower (bucket of cold water). The pool is not very big, but just enough. We were almost ten people swimming here and we didn't bother each other one bit. Pool has a stream, so I had a nice swim :) Bar has alcoholic drinks as well as freshly squeezed juices. I really liked this place and will come back with my family.

Nice resting place. Spa has 3 saunas, one jakuzzi and big swimming pool. Bar also aviable. Small contrast pool for legs. Free parking.

Poor air ventilation in the swimming pool area, no mats available for saunas, one hour we were waiting for our sweet potatoes and garlic bread, poor tea choice. Good for us was that we got there at 2pm when Spa had a happy hour 10€ pp. I also liked that person who has birthday can attend the Spa for free under condition that there will come one friend along who will pay half of the price. I also liked that visit time is not limited. Also there is restaurant on the Spa floor. Next time we should eat there not in the Spa bar. Not bad.

Quite possibly the worst spa experience I have ever had, we left 20 minutes after arriving there and can’t believe we spent 20€ on a single ticket. We chose this over another more expensive place but were left disappointed.
The whole experience left us all feeling uneasy and honestly just filthy so I would like to point out the things that bothered us.
The pictures are very misleading, as upon first glance it seems like a nice, clean and quite relaxing place to have a swim, but the reality is so much different. The pictures were probably taken the day it was opened but the spa has aged a lot since.
- The dressing rooms had no air conditioning or way of letting air circulate at all, which meant that it was extremely humid and warm. The floors were soaking wet and dirty as everyone walked on them with their boots. I immediately regretted not bringing any flip flops (my mistake).
- The shower room was small and had a funny smell to it, as if people had literally peed on the floor. I’d say that three of the 6 showers were placed in a way that when washing yourself, everyone from the pool area could see you. I simply don’t understand how someone is expected to get clean like that, because for sanitary reasons showering without your swimwear is quite essential.
- When we entered the actual pool area, we were completely shocked as it looked so much smaller and older than the pictures. We expected a nice clean relaxing visit but the spa area was tired looking, loud and simply disgusting.
- The saunas had no buckets for throwing the steam, which meant that the saunas were so dry. I don’t know if that’s the way in Latvia but definitely ruined the experience a bit.
- When I got inside the pool, I could smell pure filth in the water. I don’t know it it was someone who didn’t wash themselves or the water was just dirty, but I did not want to stay in there for long.
- I did not try the jacuzzi because it was cramped with old men and it did not feel sanitary after the pool experience
- It was also very difficult to find it especially in darkness, because there were no lights around the building.
-Basically we left with feeling disappointed and wanting to shower at the hotel

I would compare this to a communal sauna where you pay 3€ to get clean, but definitely can’t call it a spa.
I hope that this review is helpful for some tourists.

23.01.2022  we visited Unimarine SPA and the following situation happened. To find out more about visiting the SPA, I went to the website, but since the site was closed, I was offered to call them, what I did. The main question was about the order of the visit and how long the SPA will work. I was informed about the visiting rules and that the SPA is open till 9 pm. We were surprised when at 20-15 (after the clock in the SPA area) we were warned that there were only 15 minutes left. We were surprised and disappointed because we were not given such information during the phone call or when we received the chip and keys. Given that the site was closed and the only place to get information was through the phone number, I was surprised that the receptionist decided to keep it a secret. In order not to waste time, we chose to spend the last 15 minutes in the sauna, and to our surprise, after 5 minutes after the announcement (20-20), the light in the sauna disappeared and the cleaner opened all the doors of the sauna without any warning. I consider this to be very unprofessional and unpolite because at that time people were left in the sauna without light and without an explanation where the promised 10 minutes disappeared. Surprised I checked the clock in the SPA area and yes, the time was around 20-20. We decided that we may not have heard the announcement completely right and that, probably, the saunas are worth closing 20-20.  We entered the pool and wonder what - as soon as all the sauna doors were wide open, the cleaner decided that the lighting in the SPA area isn't necessary too and turned it off. At that time, there were about 6 people in the hall - us and a family with 2 small children. The time was 20-23 and everything was already turned off and closed, so we and all the people who still stayed in the SPA area were forced to leave the SPA area, on a slippery road, without enough lighting. At that moment, the mood was broken and the rest we had been planning for so long went in a completely different direction. We decided that all confusion could be resolved at the reception, but unfortunately, this did not happen. The woman behind the reception desk seemed unwilling to understand and listen to our claims. First of all, she said that it is our responsibility to find out how the SPA works and that the building itself works until 9 pm, but the SPA area works until 8-30 pm. We tried to explain that customers need to be alerted about such things, especially when the site is under maintenance and people call to specify working hours, because if we were informed about the SPA working hours properly, we could plan our time and visit the SPA earlier,  or at another day to use our gift card for 3 hours. Secondly, the woman denied that the saunas and swimming pool had been closed earlier than scheduled and that the light had not been switched off while visitors were still in the room.  The receptionist tried to insist that our time simply did not coincide with the time in the SPA area time (although we recalled several times that we watched the time on a clock hanging over the pool). The whole situation was very unpleasant and, as I said before, it spoiled the mood and ruined our stay. I would like to make it clear that the receptionist kept a conversation in a calm voice, but did not want to resolve the situation and simply repeated over and over again that we were the ones who misunderstood everything and that the staff did their job perfectly well. My wish was to pass this information on to the Unimarine SPA administration so that they could improve the staff's work (because turning off the lights only because of the desire to go home faster is not professional and even dangerous because lighting requirements in public areas are not even if necessary to maintain human security). I haven't received any reply to the complaint, from what I can conclude that the administration has no problems with the employees working this way.

Entrance is not easy to find in the dark. Smelly, quite old and used and not worth the money - more like public baths, not spa. The sauna smelled like wet socks, pool too cold.

Very outdated "spa" experience, only thing that getting your attention most likely is price and no time limit. But it's just not worth it, there's nothing to do for more than 1.5 hours, one pool (with deep zone in center which is con for people that cannot swim well), 3 saunas with different temp and humidity, which are ok, and that's all.
Bar offers only bottled beers and poorly made cocktails.
Definitely not going there again.

Unfortunately this spa didn't meet my expectations. Although the premises are quite nice, there is a lot of room for improvement. The pool has a decent size, but it's still almost impossible to swim a few laps because you are fighting against the underwater massage jets throughout the pool. On top of that, parents let their children jump into the pool although it is forbidden. Nobody seems to care. The saunas are great (70 degrees being my favorite), but 90 percent of the people ignore the request to put a towel under themselves and sit there in their wet bathing suits. It's dripping wet everywhere, also on the very few sun loungers, and the atmosphere is more like a beach bar than a spa. If you are used to spas in other countries with a bit more of a sauna etiquette, don't go here.
