Great spa! I had a three-hour wonderfully relaxing experience that included peeling, massage, foam bath, sauna and champagne. I will definitely be back.

I had confirmed booking(confirmation message received on morning of appointment)for steam sauna and bath before my hot stone massage but upon arrival I was a bit disappointed as I was told that I am not on time and my bath wasn't ready and that there isn't hot enough water for bath.
I spent 35 minutes in steam sauna while staff member was coming in and out the room to check bath water temperature and finally make it so I could have my bath.
I was a bit disappointed as I would expect that steam sauna and bath should have been ready at my arrival and I should have been given hour of access to steam sauna and bath and of course privacy as it is closed treatment room.

Very nice staff, beautiful location and atmosphere. I did the 3-hours special and especially liked the peeling and bath. The massage was not enough strong for me and the steam bath too hot. Still, I recommend. Especially good for couples!

Unhurried and relaxing time in the treatment - luxury

First of all my girlfriend loved her massage, so this is only my opinion. Booked a 1 hr 30 minutes strong message as I felt stiff and stressed. Look at the reviews online and was excited. The place and customer service were really good however my massage was not as strong as advertised. I asked the massuese to go stronger although the pressure did not change for the entirety of the massage. Please don't advertise a strong deep tissue massage for it to be a relaxing rub. I felt just as stressed before I went in because it cost 102 euro! The massuese seemed like a nice person but she had nowhere near enough power to do the deep tissue massage. Having said that my girlfriend enjoyed it and they do nice green tea.

I would give it 1 star but the extra star is because of my girlfriend.

We booked a spa package for two including the aroma bath, hot stone/full body massage and a facial. The staff was super nice, attentive and made us feel welcome. The premises are very clean. We enjoyed every second of this experience and the value for money is superb. We left feeling deeply grateful, relaxed and loved the short break from the cold.

We had a wonderful massage at Nieburgs hotel by a member of the park spa staff and it was wonderful!
