Thai lotus masāžas studija Riga

We where 2 couples visiting Riga for a couple of days and we decided that we wanted a good massage so we decided to contact several different salons. Thai Lotus responded in a very fast and positive way so we booked 90 minutes for all 4 done in parallel. Everybody was super happy with the service from the Thai masseuses, they had excellent skills and their massage was amazing. Staff was super friendly and it was a very smooth experience that we would be very happy to do again. Unfortunately, when we responded and wanted to book again next day the price changed due to that we where only two instead of four, so there was no returning visit.

I am a frequent user of massage services all over the world. Especially because I travel more than 50% of the year whether for business or pleasure.

This is by far the best Thai massage experiences (2 appointments) I have ever experienced; including ones I had in Thailand.

The receptionist was polite, friendly and accommodating when we ended up leaving 15-20 min after the normal closing time.

The experienced therapists I had are both from Thailand. I had many sore and tight muscle issues due to all the traveling (cramped up on airplanes for 10+ hours), sleeping in different beds with different firmness, and a high level of activities. The therapists found the problem areas and proactively worked to fix them.

I went in not able to stand straight or get up from a resting position without back and shoulder pains and walked out 80% pain free after the first session.

By the end of my second session, the rest of my muscles in my body started to loosen up.

I would be here regularly if I lived in Riga.

I would definitely recommend this place!

I have tried a classical Thai massage, a head massage and foot massage. All were great!

The location was stylish, fresh and impeccably clean.

Both receptions I've met were very helpful and polite.

The masseuse acted professionally and delivered impressive treatments.

You can make an appointment online and choose the type of massage. Communication via email went smoothly. The front desk staff repeatedly reminded that the traditional Thai massage would feel strong. So you need to choose your massage intensity carefully. The masseur is very professional.

Really disrespectful! Not professional ever! I made a booked 3 days ago. And DARIA the name who I talked and she said I don't have that booking for today ( Friday ) and she the one over me Tuesday 3 pm and Friday 5 pm. 3 days ago. And I choose Friday at 5 pm. Which is Today. But unfortunately, this is the first time and the worst ever. She blamed me she said maybe u called another spa. And I send on Whatsapp my outgoing called 3 days ago. After that she said another thing. She said I don't over you that time.she defends herself with many ways. Without saying apologize or give a solution. Maybe she is too smart to Lie. At least respect customers it's fine actually if she forgot to make a reservation for me and my husband. Just say sorry and give me another solution. Not defending all the time. The attitude super bad how handle the customer! I Wish the owner to replace someone more respect to the customer and polite!

After 2 years as a constant customer and experiencing several other massages around Europe I always love to return to Thai lotus in Riga.

Especially the traditional Thai massage is my fav.

Good service, perfect Thai and Bali massage. The masters of massage have come from Thailand and speak only English. Administrators speak Latvian, English and Russian. The atmosphere is very calm and cosy. There is a shower.
