Receptionists were a litlte rude. Mixed up my appointments and didn't even get an apology. The people aside from receptionists have been very nice and professional.

Rude staff, master did not introduce herself, did not speak a word during pedicure and looked annoyed the whole time.

Not only that, service I got was poor. Asked for pedicure and got my callus scrubbed by electric file for 3min, no soaking, nothing. Once gelish was done master put on scrub on my feet and did not even work it in. Seriously? Just put on and wiped off as if she had forgotten and did it for a check mark.

I needed to repair two nails and it was done good, but not perfect. One has not smooth surface, a bit wavy. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

The manicurist was rude, she was talking and texting multiple times while doing my nails.
When she was taking off my previous hybrid gel polish with an electric nail drill she accidentally drilled my finger quite painful that I even jumped a little, without apologizing she continued to do other nails. In the end, nails were done okay, but after 3 days I still have a painful feeling on some nails.
I chose this salon because I wanted to relax and treat myself, but instead, I had 2 hours long, uncomfortable and painful experience. Unfortunately, the manicurist did not introduce herself and I don't know her name. My apportionment was on 04.06.21.
I have done my nails here before with another manicurist and I had a good experience.

Very rude and unprofessional administrator Aija, making personal comments about my age.

When I called to ask about options for procedures, in an unkind voice Aija told me to go and read on their webpage, why am I asking her. When I found what I wanted on website and called back, she took notes of the main procedure, then commented that my wishes for add-on procedures (also clearly listed on website) sound strange, I can discuss with the specialist once I’m there.

The procedure was great, no issues with the quality.

However once it was time to pay, Aija suddenly announced that the procedure was twice as expensive. And that it is my mistake because she did not write down which moisturizing procedure I wanted and I didn’t clarify it once the procedure had started. She completely dismissed me trying to show the prices on website (where she told me to look), instead insisting that it’s my fault and I should have repeated in detail once talking to the masseuse.

As she kept insisting, in a very rude voice that I pay the amount she named and that it’s all my fault, she also made a comment that I am half her age so it’s unspeakable that I am talking to her (!) in a disrespectful way.

The whole discussion went on for around 10 minutes, despite me saying that I am in a hurry and really need to pay and leave.
