I would give this clinic 10 stars. My husband had a surgery here. Dr.Ints Brunenieks is a leading specialist in his field, he operated highly professionally and positively. Price was reasonable. Staff is super friendly both via the phone and face to face :) A also like the building inside and outside - it looks modern!

I had a laser surgery in this clinic 4 years ago and I was satisfied. The doctor's name was dr Bruninieks, who dit operate me. Recently I signed up for a vein examination at this clinic, as new ones began to appear. I was booked to Dr. Andis Rīts. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the doctor and his attitude towards clients. It seem the doctor has a personal grudge against Russian clients, and the doctor was very unhappy that I spoke Russian to him. This is very unprofessional, although the clinic serves in 3 languages (it says on the website). I would also like to mention that the doctor is mentally unstable. At the beginning of our conversation with him, I received a call. For me it was a very important call that only took me 2 minutes to answer. I asked him to wait, please. But the doctor freaked out and just left the room. Honestly, I was shocked by his behavior and unprofessionalism. The clients pay a lot of money for your service, and in return we want to receive at least respect from your side and a human relationship. Unfortunately I didn't receive either one. There is no desire at all to return to your clinic or suggest it to someone.

This clinic is not for Russian speaking patients. Doctors are nationalistic, please remove Russian language from your web site. Your doctors are more focused on Russian language than actually focusing on what the doctor should be doing - helping patients no matter what their skin color is, what their religion is, what nationality they are and what language they speak.
