If you broke your arm or got serious injury and you went to ER , you will have to wait in line for 3 hours minimum as they do not have personnel.

One of the worst experience i had in a hospital. Waiting for almost more than 3 hours is not good when you are sick and the women in the information desk badly treated me. She doesn't even know the international launguage- English and was a pure racist.
I thought this was one of the best hospitals in Riga. But certainly not.

Very competent and considerate doctors in A&E department, especially Kristina Purina.

My best greetings to A clinic in New Year! Unfortunately I cann't tell about good experience. I just 30min. ago started to ring to registration to ask for appointment and I had to wait for AT LEAST 30 minutes before someone answered me!!! I am shocked by this. Is the reason a hangover after New Year celebration, is the reason lack of workers, is the reason deaf or workers, I don''t know. But I imagined, if there is some old person who does not have internet access, how would be to him/her to get some appointment? I am still frustrated...Besides, A clinic, check your very first page in your website and correct from ''servicies'' to ''services"...

Really bad unprofessional resection. They told pick ticket 1 we spend 45 min to wait, then lady said you have picked wrong number, we picked number 2. At the end funny part was, that was same lady, and she could assist us with number 1, we wasted 2h waiting, because we picked wrong number but assisted same person. Make no sence !!!

I just a cool hospital,
