Beautiful hotel with good service. The rooms are pretty and well laid out. The breakfast is perfect to start the day exploring. The service was excellent during the breakfast with the server even remembering our preferences. Our air conditioning didn't work and we asked the staff a couple of times to fix it but this wasnt fixed during our stay.

Great boutique hotel with expectional service. Room was clean and quiet with quality bed. Location is perfect on the edge of old town. Sauna was great as it was for a private reservations only. We will return for sure.

Very nice hotel in a superb location! In the center of it all, but quiet at the same time. Beautiful rooms. Comfortable beds. A/C was a blessing during the heat wave! Everything is super clean and stuff is very helpful. We had Alona (?) as our housekeeper and she did an amazing job! We had 2 connecting rooms and the whole family loved staying at Grand Palace! Oh and breakfast is fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice, with a mix of elegant but modern interior. Bed and shower are perfect! And the staff is really helpful and caring. I personally would not book the breakfast again, as this was rather expensive for what was offered.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Riga old town, all of the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant, especially the barman Juris! Staying in the hotel on my own I wasn't intimidated and felt secure and looked after, the rooms are clean, decorated nicely, food very tasty. Thank you very much for enjoyable stay!!!!

Very nice hotel in a good location. Breakfast was good as well as the rooms. Only issue might be the view from the rooms which does not really exist

Gorgeous hotel with beautiful elegant, yet modern rooms. The staff was amazing! So Nice, polite and helpful ! The breakfast was really good! . The bar was open from 12-22, but often stayed open later. its so beautiful and cozy, and the staff is just amazing. So Nice and really service minded. The hotel is in walking distance to all the sights, parks and shopping center. We are def coming back here next time we’re in Riga !
