Ahmad was great! He picked my friends and I up quickly and got us to where we were going quickly and safely. He was fun, accommodating, and very flexible. We were charged more than fairly for the trips we took. I would recommend Apex and Ahmad to anyone in Canmore!

If you are looking for excellent service and an overall great guy, Ahmad is the person you want. He drove my friends and I to and from destinations a few times during our last visit to Canmore and he was extremely reliable and provided top-notch service. 5 stars for sure.

Was in Canmore for a bachelor party and needed rides to and from our accommodation to downtown. Ahmad was incredible! Gave us rides in a very quick manner and made our nights enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Ahmad was amazing. For sure one of the best drivers I've taken. 5 star review in his name. I would recommend him every time you could possibly get the chance. Any change I get I will be requesting him when I use this cab service. Thank you for making my night.

Charged twice the price by Apex as other companies to go to the same location. They also charged $10 more than their price sheet stated. Terrible customer service.
Edit: Absolutely certain it was this company. Called the dispatch to report issue with driver regarding over changing and dispatcher was extremely rude. Three sisters cab was $15 less for same destination (and flawless service).

Beware of super overcharging. Charged $30 for a 4 minute cab ride. Didn’t follow the rate sheet and was rude. Called a different cab company on the way home and it was less than half the price. Terrible customer service when we informed the company. Do not recommend! Use at your own risk.

While driving east bound mountain ave At 10:24pm nov26 2022, apex cab, who was parked outside silver creek lodge starts creeping forward very slowly and cuts me off at an unreasonably slow speed without signalling (cab travelling around 10km/h) outside silver creek lodge without signalling to merge into mountain ave.the cab driver also fails to signal to enter on ramp, fails to signal merging onto highway.
(Let me clarify my review since the google response from this company accuse me of parking in middle of road without hazard lights on)

worse company. night driver is total goof and beware of “super overcharging”. all taxi in canmore are suppose to have displayed pricing sheet. USE AT OWN RISK
