The dispatcher was rude, unhelpful and hung up on us. She answered for multiple companies. We were trying to find rates and she told us the rates before we could even ask and then would hang up. Quick cabs and Canmore Cabs! Maybe the cabs were okay but the dispatcher was HORRIBLE. Bad costumer service.

I got a ride in a Honda van had all leather and was very clean, the taxi driver was polite also. I have had problems with other companies in Canmore, with the driver smoking in the cab and swearing but I like Quick cab, good service.

Trunk didn't work.back door don't open from inside..and no child lock wasn't on..driver lazy wouldn't even get out and help with my groceries. .smelled like smoke in car..car would never be on road in Ontario. .disgusting..never recommend this cab..

Wow!!! Woman driver has very bad attitude with public!!! She ought to either take the day off or find someone more cheerful to deal with public!
It had to do with the rates as the dog sledding company stated that fee would be $5 and she said its $7. When I got into van she immediately flashed her fees in my face (and was quite rude about it) said I could take it or leave it. So I got out simply because of her abnoxious attitude.

The cab lady needs to severely work on her customer service skills. She would have preferred if I had given her the name of the building where I was located instead of the street address - fine, no issue. But the dispatcher never cared to ask me that question, and I am normally accustomed to giving the address of my location to cab companies. When the cab lady finally arrived, she practically called me stupid for not knowing that the street was one way and she couldn't gain access even though I was a tourist from outside the town.My issue is not with her frustration but its the way she dealt with me as a customer. You don't ever make a customer feel uncomfortable: that is customer service 101. I have worked in customer service for years and I could never fathom speaking to an individual who had chosen my services out of many to do business in that tone of voice. Learn some manners and learn how to be professional before you unleash yourself to civilized people. lol .

Note to the cab driver, and even to the dispatcher, if you don't like your job, simply resign. Kindly don't expose your sour disposition to unsuspecting people.

Called Canmore cabs, a different Cab Company arrived, Quick cab I believe. Just so happens the owner of Canmore cabs was driving. Mentioned he purchased the company Quick cab a few months ago and is turning out to be a great compliment to Canmore cabs. It was good to meet the owner, for I had a chance to thank him in person from the last time I was in Canmore. I wish you the best of luck in your Ventures. See you guys next time.

I have being with Quick cab for quite some time. Quick cab runs me to work then back on a daily basis. Always on time very reliable other than a few times over the two years I've been using them. Overtime I've got to know the drivers quite well and I do enjoy their company. I don't plan to lose a good thing. Thanks again!
