Efficient and clean. They could have a bit more seating, but there is no room for that. Good washroom facilities.

This is a Terminal 3 hanger off Edmonton International Airport for charter flights to Fort Mac oilsands. This is a clean facility with couple of vending machines & ATM. There is free shuttle to main terminal and taxi stand.

Would not let me board a plane because I was wearing shorts but allowed a very large lady to wear a tank top..
cant change to open seats because of covid but they jam you 6 per row touching shoulder to shoulder..
Have to take out both ear buds not just one or they get upset..
in 2 years of flying I dont think they have ever left on time.. last trip they had extra people on the plane took them 30 minutes to figure out what was happening..
All in all horrible service and not impressed... it's so bad I would even fly air canada over these guys.

Good spot friendly ppl and staff and only 5 min walk from the main terminal. Free shuttle on demand as well .

Didnt realize my coworker couldnt bring me my prescription worth over $500 and they threw away knowing another coworker was going to pick it up in less than 3hr. Like litterly took garbage out so when my coworker arrived to retrieve it from trash can Totally absurd. Now with serious health issues i have no meds for 1 month. Thanks guys. See if i stay at work longer to help out when short staffed.unprofessional!!

Way better than dealing with the EIA

Hardly feel it fair to condone the entire operation based on the actions of one individual check in staff. Their actions are bitter and downright unprofessional. Thanks
