I love this shop. It's very quaint and pretty inside. I looked on my own for a bit (it was valentines and I actually like not being approached immediately) and then a really friendly, knowledgeable lady helped me out with putting together a unique little bundle. But I've also custom ordered personalized arrangements in the past and they've always blown it out of the water. This florist is *excellent* all of the time.

Lovely little florist shop, great selections of all sorts, talented/skilled designers, high quality flowers/plants~not your average 'big box' ones so it's worth paying a little bit more for, you can't go wrong.

I was looking forward to popping into the florist when I arrived in town but incredibly disappointed with the service or lack of when I arrived. Not even a glance or acknowledgement as I walked around the store. I paused at the counter to see if I could asked a question but the 2 ladies just continued with their own conversation. Not a store that I will return to unfortunately.

Interactions with staff on the phone and in-person continue to result in poor experiences. Since the previous owners sold the business, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service, an increase in cost, and just an overall drop in personal satisfaction. With the previous owners I used to walk out of the shop with 2 arms full of flowers and a smile of my face. Disappointing.

If I chould give a 0 star that what they would get. Supposed to make nice flower for my artch for wedding. It looks like it goes on a coffin. Then charge me 9/hours to make it when looks like took 10mins to make. Lie about all the prices. Now I gagged no flowers for my wedding thanks guys. There is more drama to add to the list but I will stop here. Pretty sad try to shop local will never do that again.

I went in last minute to grab some flowers for my brother's wedding cake and the lady at the desk was incredibly helpful and really went above and beyond to help me get what I needed for my idea, in my crunch. She was very nice and offered great knowledge for the flowers! We are very lucky to have this little shop in our town, that's for sure.
