I paid a lot of money to have flowers sent to my girls before I got home from work on valentine's day. They didn't make it and I was very disappointed . Especially when I was told the flowers would be delivered by 3:30. The flowers were beautiful though and my girls really liked them. I received a call from the owner a few days later and she made it up to me by sending flowers to my daughter on her birthday free of charge. Much appreciated. Will shop there again. Great locally owned small business.

My first intro to Beau Villa Flowers, I was in Montreal. I received an arrangement sent from my mother, as I was in a hospital, yes I know that the bouquet came from Montreal, but it had Beau Villa's card attached. The nurses and people were taken back by the delicate bouquet that had arrived from so far away. The pine was fresh, the flowers were stunning. Every person in the ward said they had never seen an arrangement like that, it was so beautiful. And I'm thinking I'm in Montreal, everyone else was asking me where is this Florist and I'm saying in a town called Beaumont, Alberta
