Nailed it.

So i went there just now too disappointed how they deal with their customers.. the lady was so rude and not even want to listen. i placed an order last Valentines day for several people including my sister which is for her Birthday as well.. and surprisingly the flowers arrived late like 6:10pm and i have to pick it up from her work place and deliver it to her. the lady who works there said they even need to unhook their phone cable because they run out of flowers thats not my problem. i told her i tried calling them many times thats her reply. And told me that their driver got back up.. not impressed at all and for sure not recommending this flower shop.. and they need good customer service.

Very disappointed with my orders today, That was a very poor arrangement☹️

I placed my order over the phone today and they are very accommodating and helpful.
Highly recommended..🙂
