We camped in Carbon for a weekend. Campsite was a nice size and well kept. The host was very welcoming and did her job well. We walked and cycled the trails. The locals are friendly with a nice museum and friendly staff. Definitely some nice gifts in there too. The general store is well stocked and inexpensive. Carbon is a nice little community with a K-9 school and a heated outdoor pool. An oasis that is pretty much hidden away as you drive there but well worth a visit.

Have camped in both Main & East campgrounds many times over the years, and have ALWAYS enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Grounds are well maintained, shower houses are kept clean & secure, and staff are awesome! Very friendly, quiet little village that is a treat to visit!

Town and managers refuse to protect campers fron noise and abuse even when informed!!! Love the town and all our friends there. Will never be back, we will meet our friends at their homes and nearby. Terrible experience after 5 years of patronage.

Fantastic little town. Great walking trails, awesome camping. Pool was really good.
