Best Western Bonnyville Inn & Suites

Very pleasant stay. Front desk was very accommodating to our unexpected early check in. We thought breakfast options would be limited after Covid but not the case, plenty of variety. Clean rooms (we had the business suite) and quiet.

I really love my suite... nice and spacious, comfy bed, nice staff, decent breakfast, good location, very quiet. I just wish water would have been hotter for bath and a little more space for my bicycle.

The hotel rooms do need some updating/TLC.
Cons: we rented a whirlpool jet tub suit and 4 of the 12 jets did not work. The jet tubs are on the small side, my husband and I are "above average height for a couple (5'10“ & 6’) and it was shallow/cramped. The showers tub spout leaked, not just a little... roughly 1/2 the water was wasted down the drain.
We purposely stayed at the hotel as there is an EV charging station for guests. Unfortunately, it was not working for my Tesla and another guest who tired. The power box showed everything was in order and "charging". The front desk staff checked it out and insisted it was working, on the contrary my App indicated no Power was being sent to the vehicle. We were able to use a 110v outlet to charge over night instead. In the end it worked out.
Pros: The staff were very courteous and the hot breakfast and other selection available for breakfast was great. The rooms and hotel in general were very clean. The complementary toiletries smelled good and not like your grandma's house.
Overall, not upset or deterred from staying at the hotel again regardless of our experience.

My daughter and I recently stayed here for just a night. Upon entry, the hotel is very clean and we were greeted by guest services promptly. I really liked that there were working sanitization stations upon entering and upon getting on the elevator. I did pre-check in, which was great bc I just received my key and went to room. Room/bathroom were very clean and smelled very clean. My daughter immediately commented on how fresh it was. Bed was quite firm which is not to my liking but the pillows were nice and soft which I do like. It was very quiet in this hotel. A continental breakfast was included. Good variety. We enjoyed the food and the dining area was well maintained. Also great location as there were gas stations nearby, a Tim Horton's (24hrs) and a couple of restaurants.

Nice and clean hotel conveniently located close to highway. Very nice fitness room, good quality breakfast, nice size parking lot. Room was clean, bed were comfy.

It has rooms of games ect.. the breakfast was on early and it had more food options than 90% of the hotels seen. Nice work! Staff was great! Lots of food places walking distance too .

Stayed with my girlfriend Claira this week, service was amazing, staff was wildly polite and professional, room was so clean I considered eating off the floor. Charlene was an absolute delight and made sure our stay was perfect. Thanks to everyone at the hotel !
