Very Happy about the food provided for dine in, everything is hot and fresh. A met standard McDonald’s.

Service tonight was completely awful, super rude employees. Especially the two younger white females who were working drive through tonight around 9pm. Literally the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Screwed up our order then blamed my family. Maybe you should hire people who will at least pretend to care about their job. To the two girls working drive through— maybe find another job as taking a McDonald’s order seems too difficult for you 😋♥️ Also- if you forget stuff in someone’s order maybe rectify it instead of blaming the patron. Thanks ladies- hope you find a new job that you can mentally handle. 😊

Have never bee through a slower drive-thru. As well can never get an order correct. When I got home had totally wrong order and wasn’t driving back as live over half an hour away. Had some disappointed kids. Will never go back to this McDonald’s.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Coffee is horrible, tastes like brown water. Complete waste of time spending your gas and money going there.

Every single time we go there it’s the longest wait and the orders are ALWAYS incorrect. Without fail. It’s so painful. Super disappointing to see show downhill the customer service has gone.

I stopped by McDonalds in Blackfalds today to grab a bacon and egg McMuffin, a black coffee and a couple of smoothies. The food and smoothies were good, but I ordered one black coffee and got two double doubles instead. I had other errands to run, so I didn't have time to go back through the drive thru. McDonalds black coffee is my favorite item on their menu and I was really looking forward to that coffee. 😫

McCafé had no stock at 9:30 pm and our food took longer to prep than expected. The drive thru seemed to be priority here.

I appreciated their thorough Covid-19 policies.

We went about 9pm and waited almost 20 minutes for lukewarm food, the people working are really nice and were apologetic for the wait but there's something wrong with this location.
Wouldn't recommend it unless you are really hungry and it's all that's open.
