Cannot even believe the service or lack of attention at this location. Run by irresponsible teenagers that seem to think chatting about their personal lives after work is appropriate. Waited over 20 minutes for our food while the three of them stumbled to figure out orders from being distracted. We took our food to discover all burgers were wrong. We came back in to address it and the kid in th back rolled his eyes at us when we called them out at their lack of attention and customer service. When I asked for a manger they said manager was not on site and did not have contact information for the manager. What a joke.

Went and ordered 2 burgers tonight. Thought it would be a nice and quick thing to grab for supper on our way home. 30 minutes later, and we finally got our order. 30 minutes for take out. I get that they were under-staffed, but we shouldn't need to wait 30 minutes to get it and for half our meal being cold. I asked for a refund and was denied. I was ready to walk out but didn't want to waste $19 for that. I wouldn't even give you a star. Will not be coming back for a long time. Very disappointing

Highly disappointed today in the drinks. Lemonade was just dirty cloudy water and the iced tea was no better. Otherwise food was hot and onion rings perfect as always.

We had a very simple order, with a couple wraps amd a couple buddy burgers. We have been waiting for well over 45 minutes. Very under staffed

I quite often eat at A&W and I've reviewed a couple of a&w's in British Columbia. This one was simply a typical A&W, the food was satisfactory and the service was satisfactory but nothing leapt out at me by comparison to the ones I reviewed in BC

The A&W in Blackfalds is my favorite location to eat at, second only to the Lacombe store. The food here is just consistently good, every time. Their teen burgers are amazing. But I think my favorite item on the menu has to be the warm apple pie. I love the toasted brown sugar crumble on the outside of the pie. It makes a heck of a mess when you eat it, but worth every bite! 🥧

Went in for eat in. 30 minutes to get food, after burgers and fries sat on counter for 5 minutes or so. Onion ring fell out of my order on front counter. Was still there when we left over 30 minutes later....

Worst employee customer service I ever had the manager himself gave me attitude I clearly told him that I am allergic to pickles and he gives me a burger with a pickle Then he had the nerve to tell me that that wasn’t my burger after he clearly came and gave it to me personally himself then when I ask for my wife and he gave me an attitude and this is supposed to be your manager
