This is our first time visited Good Knights and we had a wonderful time. Beautiful view, great hospitality from Sir Daniel and lived in a charming, clean and cozy Mongolia tent. We had an archery lesson, made a leather craft, camp fire, barbecue, watch the sunset and starry sky. Good Knights also provides Medieval costumes to all guests and we took a lot of photos. We had a lot of good memories at Good Knights in the past few days. Love our stay at Good Knights and highly recommend to you and your family.

My wife and I spent a wonderfully fun and adventurous night here. The tents are all unique and charming and comfortable, with enough modern comforts mixed into the medieval theme to make evenings comfortable. Dan and Linda were wonderful hosts, with so much dedication to provide anything we could ask for during our stay. We will definitely be back again with the kids!

This past long weekend my daughter and I had the pleasure to visit Good Knights Encampment and it was spectacular! The encampment was clean, very charming and you were transported to a different world! The beautiful huge canvas tents were very comfortable, warm, furnished beautifully, porcelain toilets, running water, wooden floors and rich thick carpets. The costumes were incredibly fun! Hundreds of choices, various sizes and great selection of accessories (swords, shields, crowns and everything you need to feel like royalty). The Great Hall where we had the Saturday night feast was absolutely beautiful! You felt like you were in a castle! Food was great and sharing a meal with our wonderful group of other guests was very special!

Our gracious hosts Sir Daniel and Lady Linda truly invite you into their dream and vision of this amazing experience. They were kind, extremely accommodating, and always made sure their guests were taken care of. They truly made you feel welcome! We also had the privilege of meeting Dame Shannon! She is an amazing storyteller, extremely hard worker and just a beautiful human being! She also made sure all the guests were comfortable and entertained. We loved the leather craft with her! During our stay we had the privilege to watch Sir Daniel and Dame Shannon battle in full knight armor, so cool!!

There was nothing we were in need of as our gracious hosts ensured we had everything! Whether it was coffee, water, activities, great conversation it was all there! These amazing hosts work extremely hard to provide their guests with a wonderful experience!

This is an absolute must if you are looking for something unique! Our family would like to make this a yearly event, you actually came home feeling rested an fulfilled!!

Thank-you so much for this wonderful weekend! I will always carry this place in my heart!! ❤️

Sir Dan is a kind and courteous host at this unique and interesting place to explore. You are greeted with warmth and compassion and at at all times I felt relaxed and safe in this environment.

The encampment is located between 2 farms and has all the amenities you would need for glamping.
You can feel the passion that Sir Dan has for his craft and way of life at the medieval camp.

There is work being done at the camp and you get the impression that this place will be transforming for years to come. The accommodations are rustic but still comfortable and clean. There is electricity available for those who want it and private washrooms and even a shower. We didn’t stay for one of the evening meals but based on the level of detail put into this I assume Dan would put on a spread to satisfy all.

A continental Breakfast was provided and we were impressed with the warm home made baked goods provided. The night sky was beautiful the sounds of the cows from the farms next door was both relaxing and soothing. The bed was very comfortable and with the cold evenings the heated blanket was a luxury I fully enjoyed.

We will definitely be coming back to enjoy a weekend adventure and partake in everything this place has to offer.
Thanks Dan you were an awesome host and great archery coach!

Had an amazing stay with my family for 2 nights. The tent and all the attention to detail was beyond what I thought was possible. The kitchen space was stocked with everything you could need. And the hosts were 11/10. Sir Daniel took the time to teach both of my young children archery. Both of them seeing amazing improvement over just a few sessions. Great place to unplug and unwind. We will be back again.

What a fun girls weekend! Sir Daniel was a super host - very passionate and a great story teller. Lady Katie was super knowledgeable and did a great job making us feel comfortable and entertained. Lady Linda cooked fantastic food! The accommodations were great - so detailed and felt really authentic, while also being modern enough to enjoy in the cooler nights (heated blankets!). Would highly recommend to anyone, and will be bringing my family here for sure!

What an amazing experience! We came to Good Knights for a unique girls getaway and now my friends and I can't stop talking about another trip next summer. Sir Dan went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food was great and the tents were cozy and clean. The love, time, and attention put into the encampment is truly something else. What a great place to be. Thank you for such a memorable stay, we will be back.

What an authentic and unique medieval experience for our anniversary! The wide selection of costumes, the varied tents, every detail in the decor and the extensive knowledge and experience about knighthood and the era make this so worth the trip. And the view of the valley and sunset is so worth the little hike- it feels like you’re in a different country.
They also have activities for all ages from archery and swords to leather working and feasting in the dining hall.
Sir Daniel and Lady Linda are very accommodating and have everything running smooth and easy going and they join in.
We will be back and can’t wait till their hillside expansion is complete!
