By far the best parts place to deal with, unfortunately i get stuffed around by a Covid desk with checks that aren't legally required. All i can assume is VCV enjoy wasting our time.
This is a parts and service department, not a medical patient waiting room, please learn the difference.

I had replaced driveline bearing from vcv Nerang invoice was $1100 .approximately
I have replaced bearing from wacol vcv. Invoice was $ 2700 approximately
They charged me $ 1570 + gst for only 2 hours 30 minutes labour for 2 people labour on public holiday
I asked him them why is big difference No proper answer for labour Just pretending and told many drama stories about invoice

Knowledgeable and friendly staff/technicians. VCV is the best in Brisbane area. Provided reasonable price, explained what's the problem gently. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone in the future. (Suggestions-Packaged repair deals will be more peace of mind if they bring back again.)

Mark at the Wacol branch is fantastic. Sets realistic expectations for delivery timeframes. I can throw the most gibberish description at him and he always delivers the correct parts and quantities. If 6 stars was an option, he would get it. Thank you Mark!!

Cant think of a qorse experience. Owning a Volvo is one thing but treatment by parts and service staff sucks
