Rude and arrogant staff. Lost me as a customer due worste service and high price. Went with Gurkha travels and cost me $230.00 leas for the same tickets.

Anna has been looking after our travel needs for nearly 15 years and we are more than happy with the service we get. They look after us really well always with a smile. Nothing is too difficult for them.

Worst customer services I've experieced from a travel agency.
My ticket was placed on hold and then asked me to wait for couple of hours and they would call back for the final confirmation. Now its been 4 days I havent received a single call from them, instead when I try to call them back they would reply that they are busy at the moment and will call back soon if I left my contact details with them (which is already with them as I have my ticket on hold).

An excellent work by Target Travel &Tours especially their agent Prakruti Mehta for her dedication and service in booking all our tickets to Mumbai. She was very patient with our bookings as we kept changing our requirements, never once getting frustrated and always very calm. I am really impressed with this type of excellence, as I know it is not easy dealing with me :-) .
