Taco Bell Keperra

We ordered via DoorDash. Food was cold, certain ingredients were missing, steak taco with sauce was salty, chicken and beef taco lacked flavour, seasoning and love. This rates as one of the worst takeaways ever. Very unimpressed. Don't ever order from them. 😢

Hey Keperra team. Please note that when people order Tacos supreme they are supposed to look at least 80% like the photos on the menu board. Twice I have been to your store and twice they have been around 20% as full as they should be (and are at other TB outlets). Very dissapointed. Will be driving the extra 15 mins to Annerley next time. Please pick up your game.

For the price you pay, the serving is a little underwhelming. While sure it follows the US refill your drink but in general a cup full is more than enough for anyone.
Comparing this to Taco Bell, the difference is huge - the menu here is small and only gimmicky Australian version. The meal size with fries is a tad below satisfying, in the US i could barely finish the meals. If they upped the sizes I would be more generous with my review. The fries are fine but a bit overloaded with MSG tasting salt to divert your attention away from the tiny portion.

Had a few disappointing experiences at this Taco Bell. Rude staff. Horrible portions considering it isn’t the cheapest. I ordered a taco bowl today with 6 mini pieces of chicken on it. It was cold, chips were cold, nacho cheese dipping was barely enough for 5 chips. Won’t be going back here as it’s just a waste of money. GYG at Arana Hills - AMAZING. They really nail customer service.

First time and last time I will eat here. Ordered two beef supreme tacos. Looked good in the picture. It came out, full of lettuce and sour cream and a couple of small pieces of beef the size of a small finger nail. No flavour. But I suppose I got my money’s worth with all that lettuce. Just rename it to the Supreme lettuce taco.

Had to come in to try their Naked Chicken Taco. Wasn't disappointed.

Staff are always friendly and food is prepared in a timely manner. Good value for money.

For me, it’s a little difficult to judge fairly because I’m used to American Taco Bell, which is far better. The American cheese sauce is a spicy jalapeño cheese, and this cheese sauce? Just tastes like salty yellow gravy. Not at all what Taco Bell cheese should be. But again, maybe I’m biased. But anyways, if it were just my personal taste, I would give it a higher rating. But that combined with the actual shop? The menu items are quite limited. They didn’t have any hot sauce, which is blasphemy. The soda tasted watered down. And there was a huge area of the store that was flooded. The fries weren’t very good. The Crunchwrap was alright, though still not great, or we’ll put together. Meh.
