As we were new to area in the middle of covid, we had to wait until gyms were open before we began our search. Steel and Stone is hidden out of sight but if you want to join a gym that is all about getting strong and less about what you look like in the mirror, this is the place. It has plenty of equipment, staff that just want to help and a community of users who are more than happy to lend a hand. Don’t be put off by some of the music choices. Get in early or late and you can choose whatever beat you want. Steel and Stone does not want to compete with class-backed gyms; you come here to get great equipment and get strong.
