Elemental Pilates has very well run classes, restricted to 5 people per class. Steve and his staff are very attentive to all your exercise needs. The individual programs are progressive and challenging.

Stephen I an amazing capable exercise physiologist, he always can come up with challenging, interesting and achievable exercises to suit me. My entire life I have been very fit, energetic, done different martial arts and I am still a professional dancer. Because of unfortunate circumstances I had to stop for quite a while and I was very unmotivated to restart. Stephen was the main person to help me to restore my confidence in myself and my fitness which put me back on track. I have known Stephen for many years and it is not the first time he helped me.
