F45 Training Sherwood

F45 Sherwood is such a great gym! The trainers put in 100% effort to make sure you have a great workout every time. On top of that they are always so friendly, welcoming and create such a fun vibe and energy every time. They pay a lot of attention to your form and make sure you’re working out to your full potential. 100% recommend.

Late fifties never been to a gym or exercise class! F45 Sherwood is simply outstanding!! I feel supported, included, seen , safe and challenged. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable.
I recommend anyone who would love to have a go but feel a little trepidation about it then this is the place for you.

F45 Sherwood = group fitness in a fun, friendly and challenging environment. The trainers are encouraging and motivating and they genuinely want the best experience for every single member. It is owner-operated by the most lovely people, so you can expect a supportive atmosphere. Also, no two workouts are the same - the variety will keep you on your toes!

F45 Sherwood is great! I’m absolutely loving the training. The owners and the trainers are so welcoming and supportive, they offer so much advice and assistance for you to get the best out of your training. The music is always pumping and it’s a positive, fun place to train.

I joined F45 three weeks ago on a free 10 day pass. Well, I was hooked after the first session! Genuinely nice people: staff and customers. Knowledgeable but very fun staff. Mixed abilities / ages in attendance etc. I have been made to feel very welcome, I was invited to the Christmas party by day 2!

I never thought I would be so addicted to working up a sweat, and am always excited to start the day with a session with the team. Absolutely love F45 Training Sherwood. The owners Shanee and Darren and Manager Tim are amazing and always supportive and pushing you to do your best. It’s a great environment and feels like family. It’s become part of my daily routine
