Fitstop Salisbury isn’t just a gym, it’s a community! I can not recommend a better place for all ages and abilities to go have fun while working out. The owner Dave has created a safe community environment where all people can feel comfortable. I constantly notice the improvements in my strength and fitness. The workouts are more interesting, challenging and motivating than anything else I’ve ever done. The trainers are excellent and always help to push and motivate you while at the same time putting in the extra time and attention to perfect your technique. I was nervous about starting at fitstop but from my first session the supportive and skilled trainers have made me really enjoy working out here. The variety in the workouts and the focus on technique has been great for me learning how to develop my fitness. I definitely recommend checking them out!

Highly recommend Fitstop Salisbury, went in very out of shape and unfit, the team have been super friendly, helpful and supportive. They've also spent a heap of time with me on technique, couldn't be happier with the results.
