I couldn't have asked for a better trainer/fitness coach/life coach/role model/friend to help me with my fitness journey. I have been a client of Pascal’s for just over 12 months now and I have reached a fitness level I never imagined possible. His professionalism, experience and expertise have guided and encouraged me to reach far beyond my initial goals I set out for myself. Everything from building strength, endurance & mobility to giving advice about nutrition to motivating me to win the battle with my mind to power through the tough ones! I am now enjoying the whole exercise experience itself rather than just doing it to achieve a certain goal. So thank you Pascal for giving the confidence to believe in myself and to continue to smash my goals whether they be fitness or life in general!

Highly recommend doesn't cut it.
Stumbled across Pascal in his PT days, he was nothing but welcoming and a ball of joy to be around.
Then he created Grip & Grit, and continued his PT journey whilst endorsing local businesses.
Pascal helped me on my fitness journey while I was training for my Navy enlistment, all while during COVID-19, lockdown and beyond. I trained with Pascal for over 12 months, and would have continued and still been there had I not moved to another state.
His programming and focus on form was of the utmost attention. He helped me reach a lot of goals on my fitness and personal journey.
Highly recommend this legend if your looking to find a PT no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

Incredible gym and incredible team. I have been working with Pascal for about a year now and I have achieved so much in this time. He is very knowledgeable, motivating and supportive. I enjoy every session even on those days I'm not feeling great. I also appreciate the friendliness of the entire team and the good vibes around the gym. Highly Recommend!

The best things come in small packages and that’s so true for G&G; the gym is well equipped with enough equipment and weight sizes. The classes are small enough so it almost feels like a pt session but big enough for that bit of competition and motivation you may need. The weight program is centred around 3 key movements which makes it focused and measurable when it comes to testing week. And last but definitely not least the handful of trainers are all amazing, each of them bring something unique to the session and they really go that extra mile to understand where you are at in your fitness journey. We enjoyed every training session at G&G (yes even the cardio sessions!) and if we were still living in the area we would’ve still been members without a doubt!

Fab small, friendly and clean gym with the best new equipment, professional and friendly coaching and a lovely local community. Love the programming, it's been so good to see my strength increase each week.
