Don't take the other 2 reviews as gospel as I was referred to Susanne a couple of years ago by my doctor and the whole process of lodging my MHCP could not have been easier. She was never rude to me even If I had to cancel at last minute which I did at least once. I found Susanne to be very Professional and knowledgeable at her job. I was offered countless book references and audio books from her own collections. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable to share my thoughts with her. I contacted her by text message once in the past and she was Professional enough and cared enough to respond to me while she was on holiday in Russia. I recommend Susanne as she is a very accomplished Psychologist.

I have been referred here by my doctor for an appointment next week. I called up yesterday to let them know I had lost my copy of my referral and to find out if I would need to obtain a new copy from my Doctor before turning up to my appointment next week. I was informed that I would need the referral, which is fine. I then spoke to my Doctor who had already emailed them a copy of my MHP and referral - which they did not receive. I was told that they would need at least three days notice should I need to cancel for not being able to get a copy of my referral. I then requested my Doctor to email them another copy of my MHP and referral to which I was told they would inform me they had received it - no call.
I phone again today to check if they had received it - as I wanted to make sure I could give them the three days notice should I not be able to obtain the referral in time for my appointment.
They had received it - no communication. I then made a suggestion that it would be nice to have some form of communication - as it was them who wanted at least three days notice if I could not make it and was told 'I am not off to good a start as I am already complaining'.
Pretty rude and poor business practice for a Psychologist in my opinion. Do not hold great hopes for my appointment next week.
