Sonya was absolutely outstanding and very insightful. It is always nice to interact with someone that understands their product offerings so well, and exudes exceptional customer service in a way that is so natural. For the novice, she displays a knack for putting you at ease and explaining the ins and outs of every product on display. I will definitely be back.
