Myself and many of my friends in the South East Queensland music comminity take our instruments to Craig for repair and maintenance. He is the go to guy in Brisbane for instrument upkeep.
Craig is always a pleasure to do business with as he is pleasant, knowledgable and takes the time to explain in laymans terms what can be done to keep you in the game. He will always provide viable options to suit your hip pocket. Where possible he will have you back in business with a far improved instrument within 7 to 10 working days. He always keeps you informed in the process. Guitar Rescue is pretty much the only business I trust with my valuble instruments.

Craig is so far the best guitar repair guy I've ever met in the world. If I hadn't met him, I'd have had to replace the frets of my guitar and it would have cost me over $800. He gave me a lengthy explanation and said that my guitar is like a car without wheels. I had a gut feeling that he had reached the highest position like God. Best recommendation.

What can be a daunting experience, handing over your pride and joy to someone, is made a breeze by Craig's friendly and forthcoming explanation and communication from start to finish. His work is second-to-none and I wouldn't dream of taking my guitars to anyone else. If you're after THE top luthier who takes pride in his art, Craig is your man.

Craig took my beloved Martin D18 and improved its playability to an astonishing degree. A true craftsman Craig has deep knowledge of how guitars work and how to make them better. Highly recommended for magnificent work, fair pricing and great service . You have a new customer for life - thanks Craig.

Bought a brand new Gibson Standard SG a few years ago... worst guitar I've ever purchased. Sounded abysmal despite my best efforts at fixing intonation etc. After contemplating its use as an elaborate cricket bat or pizza oven paddle, I decided to give Guitar Rescue a go. And it's a good job I did - the transformation in Craig's more than capable hands is nothing short of extraordinary.
I've been playing it for several months now and still can't believe the 'worst guitar imaginable' can play and sound so good. Remarkable!
Top work Craig, I'll be back.

Craig deserves more good reviews than he has here! He lives and breathes guitars and puts his heart and soul into every job. Thanks Craig for another superb job setting up my guitar/Floyd Rose with a pro set up. It feels so easy to play. A very professional man to deal with!
Kind regards,
Karl
