Was a fantastic hotel with a great inviting and warm decor. The bar staff were friendly, warm and happy to recommend drinks. If you’re a rum drinker, you’re in luck! Amazing range of beautiful rums!! I suggest having a crack at the Rumbellion!
We ordered the “Smoked BBQ Sharingn Board for 2” and I’d say it’s a 7/10. Likes: the brisket was tender and flavourful, great slaw and nice charing on the mini brioche buns. Dislikes: Chips were luke warm at a stretch, not much meat on the pork ribs and the “house made bbq sauce” was incredibly overpowered by soy sauce. It would have been great for dumplings, but I think they may have forgot the bbq part of the sauce.
Overall, great experience and not bad for AVC.

Simply outstanding. Professional and all staff on the ball. Food was terrific for our function and the attention to detail spot on. Adam, through to Kieran, Beth, Charlotte (Lottie) and the early cameo from David saw a seamless night. AVco need to get behind this venue and embrace it's potential. Drinks are pricey but the above justifies it. Is ahead of every other Venue because their Duty Managers constantly hit the floor and check in.

Visited on a Friday evening for dinner. Really busy but still great service especially from out waiter Liam. Food on point and delivered within 10 minutes. Chilled out happy vibe. Something for everyone with many sports channels to view and great live music.

food is super slaty, chicken wings were over marinated. The port ribs and breads were very dry. We tried 2 small round table seats, both of the round tables were super unstable.

Delicious lunch! Awesome little outdoor area and a lot of screens to watch sports on. Pork belly bites were great, substantial pork meat which I loved. Gravy with the steak was on point and the chicken wings had a perfect heat to them. Nice work chef.

Order and pay for everything from the online menu. Drawback: forces tip upfront for unknown service. Recommend the pork belly appetizer, but eventually needs accompanying sauce (I.e. bbq) as it gets boring. Average chicken wings. Average onion rings. Tender lamb.

Don't get me wrong, the flavour was good. It's a cool spot and has air con. But also come on, this is hardly more than a glorified chicken tender inside 😂 had eaten half of the burger before i even got close to the chicken inside! Haha

A really good and not too busy place to get a lunch in the city. They have a really good range of beers on tap, and for the non drinkers, you can even get pints of soft drink at the bar! They have a good range of food on the menu, with something to suit most tastes, and pricing not being too bad. A really good atmosphere with multiple sports playing on the many TVs around the restaurant. A really enjoyable location.
