Camp Hill Hotel

Today I had lunch in the back garden bistro- party of 3.
We had a lovely meal ( Rump steak with vegetables) and it was cooked to perfection!
I would like to do a big shout out to the 2 employees working there ( male and female)
Fabulous customer service and attention to detail.
Well done you too, you are a huge asset to the hotel.
Hope you got a break blowing up all those maroon balloons.

Spent a night in one of the attached Nightcap motel rooms here. Good room with a great ensuite bathroom. Sadly there was no remote controller for the heating, so no room heating and the TV remote had flat batteries, so no TV either. Good value nonetheless and we would stay again.

Very disappointed as our steaks were cold and the vegetables looked like they were just poorly slopped on the plate.
We were not going to complain but we were asked how the meals were and so we told them they were cold and got an uninterested, disingenuous response.

Wow this is a awesome place to go on a date night with your love or a family meal or just with your best friend or definitely a girls night with great food a amazing cheff I definitely would tell everyone about the amazing camp hill hotel a great place to unwind after a day of work or a week of stress great food brought to your table the staff are the best

If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience at this hotel was disgusting. The Manager Brad will hold machines with high jackpots for locals when they are not even in venue!?!?!?!? Under Qld Rules ancillary to gaming (3) this is a severe breach and clearly discriminatory of its visiting patrons. Head office advised that they would provide “counseling” to the Manager on this sort of behavior.

Lovely place with all the facilities. Enjoyed & enjoying our stay with attached bathroom 😊. Wish we could have micro oven to heat our food & milk.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Renovations happening so no facilities except poker machines. Jackhammers started at 0745. No hairdryer. No hand towel. Staff friendly and helpful. Suited us as we just needed the one night and didn't want to spend too much

Exceptional customer service. Ryan was super accomodating and friendly! He is quick, efficient & very kind. Helped us to celebrate our friends birthday, making it a memorable night. The campy is our new go to thanks to Ryan!!!
