Rhino Self Storage - Hurricane

Great new facility.. I needed a parking space last minute and on a Sunday for one of my husbands trailers and was met there on a Sunday afternoon. Very impressed with the location and customer service.

I’m ashamed to even give one star, but it won’t allow for me to choose a negative amount. The woman at the front desk, believe her name is Jackie likes to help herself to the storage units and steal what she wants out of them. She is not a bit friendly nor does she try to help you once you find out your items have been stolen. Out of one storage unit, she pretty much stole everything you need for an entire house.

We had a climate controlled unit and our belongings were covered in mouse poop when we went to move our stuff out. The only thing they offered to do was call an exterminator, no refund what so ever for even one month, and we’ve been renting there for 3 years. Insurance was never offered to us when we signed up for the unit. Don’t keep your belongings here unless you want them to be chewed and covered in mouse poop.

They never answer the calls and are never at our local office. Stay away from this place. These people are lazy and ignorant.

I have rented a climate controlled unit for just over a year now. My belongings have been safe and dry with no issues concerning weather or missing property. Staff has been nice, courteous and fair throughout making my experience fair and trustworthy.

Shania the women who works the front desk was amazing to me and my partner. We have a five year old daughter who accompanied us to get our first storage unit and Shania gave her a grooming kit with a stuffed kitten that meows as a gift. It came with a adorable little kit that you can label the day the kitten was born it's name and a bunch of accessories. It just goes to show how family oriented they are. They took their time to detail all the questions and concerns we had regarding our possessions. I'm glad we choose rhino self storage as the place we store our items. Thank you again to Shania who was an awesome help she truly cares about the customers and puts 110% into the work they do at this location. My family get such a homely vibe whenever we are there. It's safe and secure plus we saved a ton that we wouldn't elsewhere. We called a few places prior and they was double what they was asking for the one we was interested in.
You won't regret going here!

Great service, called me within hours of submitting an online request telling me what I had wished for was unavailable along with similar sizes. A few days later they called again with availability of two sizes; one slightly smaller, the other slightly bigger than I requested. They were great at helping me find the right unit for our needs!

Quick, easy, clean and affordable! Friendly staff and they offer temperature controlled units as well as drive up units. They also rent Uhauls if you are in need of something to move your things. Access to your stuff 365 days a year from 6 am -10 pm.
