AAA Mini Storage

My husband and I used AAA Mini Storage when we moved. The house we were moving out of was very small, so as we packed stuff up, we stored it to get it out of the way. The owners, Brandon and Erica, make sure the units are available during most hours of the day, which was very convenient, especially when I picked up a few pieces of furniture at an estate sale that we didn't have room for in the old house. They keep the facility clean and it's well-managed. I called other storage facilities in the area that didn't answer their phone, so I left messages, and only one other place even returned my call, but they were more expensive. Only AAA actually answered their phone when I called, every time I called. If we move again (Heaven forbid!), AAA will get our business again.

Nice facilities, excellent rates and dependable customer service. I have tried many others, but they are the best around.

The buildings are old, not air tight or even completely water tight and rodents have gotten into my stuff numerous times.

Some spaces are kind of tight, and no 24/7 access, but staff is top notch.

Who ever owns this place didn't think of where it was placed.. It's behind peoples homes and the gate to get into it would lock people out of their own property.. The storage buildings aren't being kept up.. I guess some one had to live on site but that place looked run down too..

Owners are very nice and responsible. Very helpful. Clean units and its safe.
