I'm only giving one star because you can't give less. I have had nothing but problems with this facility over them trying to charge me for other people's units. I received text messages stating I was behind on my rent and owed all this money when I was current. I had to prove to her I had paid. What a pain. I did move out the end of November. I went in the office and told them I was moving out and what did I need to do. The woman said nothing. Just go. So I moved out. Well guess what. I just received a text this month wanting to charge my account for this months rent. Remember I moved out last month. Asked to speak to owner. All I know is her name is amy. They say she will return my call when it's convenient for her. So I'm leaving Amy the message here. You need to seriously get someone that can actually bill correctly and bill the correct people. The units need some work. The door is bent and my unit was wet. Luckily I put my stuff up on pallets. I still have every text message between I believe her name is Christina. That's how the phone picks it up. Anyway. If you want to see the texts. Just let me know. Thanks. Kim.

Local traffic makes it hard to get in and out. Last winter they did not clear snow and ice so it was very hard to access. When the gate is working it is usually stuck.

Vagrants live in broken or abandoned units. Strange and dangerous people show up after dark and there is sometimes a faint air of meth floating around. If I didn't have to go there for work I would avoid it at all costs

I was only a driver for someone that had a rental. I was able to park inside the facility near her unit. This made it convenient to load and unload her personals. Also, it was a very hot day and the employee provided water for us that day.

Whoever built and paved this place must have been drunk. What a total design disaster. The dips are so deep that it sets off the sensors in my truck; the alarms go off because the nose of the truck is pointed down in numerous areas and the bumper almost hits the asphalt. There are multiple areas where other vehicles have gouged deep and long marks into the asphalt. I don't think the builder ever heard of fill dirt and levels. Looks more like a kids skateboard park!

It seems I always need a storage unit.

So it is a pleasure to say this is a great value. I rented the Climate Control unit. The temperature was so pleasant. I have rented ones that the inside temperature was still miserable.

This place was always clean and neat. Added bonus they provide a dolly and a hand truck to help move in. It surprised me, but boy what a help it was. They also allow you to use their dumpster, within reason. How nice.

I hate that I am moving. I am sure I will not find Management and Owners this nice.

A Good Place to Store My Stuff

After doing some research on the storage facilities in the area I decided the location on the Kanawha Tnpk is the most economical and in a handy spot. I found the staff there to be courteous helpful knowledgeable and professional. My storage unit is easy to access and a secure place for my belongings. I have peace of mind knowing my possessions will be there when I need them.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I like the locked gate.
