I love this store cause they have a nice selection and fairly cheap prices. I've learned to be patient if I see a pair I really like cause they drop their prices weekly so four to six weeks after I see a $30 pair of sandals or boots they're down to $20. I even got a $30 sling bag for $15.98 cause I waited about 6 weeks. Most of the cashier's are friendly and helpful but there are a couple girls that are snooty and not nice. I think they are managers cause I usually see them just standing behind the counter and not ringing nothing up or out on the floor working or helping anybody. But I gave it five stars mostly cause of selection and prices.

My Fiance & I where in there shopping tonight we got there at about 8:40 pm granted it was 20 minutes before closing time that was pleanty enough time for us to come in to purchase what we had wanted . I was planning on purchasing her a pair of tennis shoes , a pair of knee high leather boots and everytime I take her shoe shopping she always picks out a purse / bag. And a pair of tennis shoes caught my eye. The pair of shoes she found that she liked there was only one (1) of the shoes in the box when she asked a employee for help finding the other it took all three(3) of them 20 minutes to find the shoe . The one young lady was helpful and did her best to help the other had her attitude telling the other not to worry about it that it was closing time. My fiancé then found boots she wanted and was in the process of picking out her bag when the manager came over and abruptly told us that they closed 20 minutes ago and I understand that but it was The Rudeness in her voice that rubbed me the wrong way so We Bought Nothing So over having to stay an extra 25-30 minutes they lost around 200 hundred dollars in sales and also lost another pair of customers . Because I will no longer go there ,We have always gone there it was our first choice back to school shopping ,shopping for holidays . NOT ANYMORE !!!!! Not going to shop at a store where "The Rudeness " is The Manager!!!!!!!

Was there on Saturday, April 2- four young girls "working" and people were lined up to check out. Only one was running the register, the others were standing there doing nothing. Other times that I have been in there, all four have been huddled in the back gossiping. This place could care less if you buy something or not. Ought to make it self check-out at least you could serve yourself.

I like to get the family's Crocs and my girls school shoes here. They also have a large selection of work boots and shoes.

Fair pricing on above average work boots. I didn't need any customer service but from what I saw customer service was well above average. I would shop there again.

I didn't find the shoes I wanted to get for my granddaughter but was able to find them online and ordered them. At the store, I found some sandals and purse that I bought for myself. There's always so much to choose from and employees at this store were very helpful and friendly.

My wife was just there. There was 3 workers standing around. She asked for help none of them wouldn't even help. Act like she wasn't even there. How does this place keep it's doors open. Someone in management needs to teach customer service. Is this what going on with the younger generation. WERE HUROUR SEIFES.

Horrible customer service, I asked for help and i was acknowledged but she never quit talking to her coworkers. Ive worked retail for 20 years so I know how to treat people make them feel important. If I talk to 2 ot 3 people everyday about this it will hurt business.
