I was treated very poorly at the Highlands location. I bought a pair of shoes there last week. Under Armour ($75.00). I wore them around my house for about 6 hours & then walked about 50 feet outside to check my mail. The shoes were not comfortable. I work full time & today was the first day that I had a chance to get back up that way. I walked in & asked the gentleman working if I could exchange them, he took them out of the box and made the comment, "I guess I can this time but for future reference, we do not honor exchanges or returns". I nicely told the guy we'll there is nothing stated on the my receipt nor was I told when I purchased them, that I could not return them. The guy continued to mumble under his breath that, " he should just go home for the day, that was over it already". There was another brown haired lady working with him that walked over & asked what was wrong & he continued to tell her (in a nasty tone) that I was trying to return the shoes. Well, she then said, "well, it's only common sense that you can't return shoes". What kind of service is that to a customer, plus, there were other people in the store. I have worked with people in customer service since I was 17 years old, I am now 47 years old, this not how you treat customers. I could see if the shoes were dirty, worn, or even a month old but they weren't. I will NEVER return to one your stores again & I will make sure I spread the word to others about how disrespectful the employees are there. I was in no way mean, loud, rude, or out of line with them. If customers are not allowed to exchange or return shoes then it should be stated on the receipt & the employees should communicate to the customers that it is not honored.

The shoes in the clearance section are sorted by size, not style. This is how shoe stores should be sorted

I paid $45 for a pair of sandals had a few days before I could go back wanted to exchange for different size. Would not do it and women was very rude! Won't go back!!
