Poor customer service. I was there at least 15 minutes trying to find a particular brand shoe style. Could not find an employee for assistance nor was ever approached by an employee to offer assistance.

I have a difficult shoe size to find in store and online (women's 10 wide to extra wide). I was happily surprised that they had quite a few in my size but only a couple fit me decently. They were all really good prices too. They didn't have any styles or sizes in the brand I like though (asics) available that day though. Still a really nice store and the staff is helpful.

Great Store. They have the best deals on shoes around this area. Wonderful staff that loves to help you every step of the way. This store is one of the best in the district for sure. I would recommend this to anyone looking for shoes for any occasion

The prices and selection can’t be beat, the employees are always friendly and helpful plus the manager Jeannie seems to lead by example which is what makes a leader someone good to follow

They carry a select few shoes. I enjoy sketchers myself. I have also bought shoes here.

We ordered shoes online for in store pickup, they charged our account and gave us an email confirmation saying they would have the order ready and would be available for pickup until Friday. I drive over an hour to the shoe store only to be told management canceled our order and I needed to pay for the shoes again even tho my account still shows where I already paid for them. I'm out my time, gas money, and the cost of the shoes and we still have to try and fight with their customer service to get our money refunded. What a waste. UPDATE: we've reciever a call back from the district manager, he wasn't concerned about us being dissatisfied with the situation nor did he offer anything in terms of keeping our business. Terrible customer service. We will not be shopping here anymore. This used to be one of our go to shoe stores, not anymore.

Can sometimes find good deals as long as they are having sales if not they are a little bit expensive.
