Was pulled over By Riasko awesome officer very pleased of how he treated us all

Im from MD where cops are usually nice. I got treated a lot better than I expected.

Officer was very professional and curtious when I was arrested. Also the ford explorers police cruiser are very roomy which was a bonus. When in the holding cell the officer gave me my coat back at my request (it was freezing). As well allowed me to make a phone from my cell phone after it was confiscated. That was very nice of him.

The bad- There was hard plastic in the back seat, which was somewhat uncomfortable, especially when it was freezing out.

Overall- I don't know if I will visit again. But I wouldn't be upset if I did, We shall see.

P.S. this was for a traffic violation, very petty. But "It's the law"

Outstanding group of professional officers there when you need them. ..Only thing I could say they all should get a raise in salary new cars and anything else they need ...The problem here is Jefferson county's budget is the self serving,arrogant and misguided bureaucratic mess called board of education gets 85 %of the taxes collected..

The officer i delt with was rude and mad I try to report anything so now i see why crimes go unreported

Can’t seem to return emails or calls. Can’t get a meeting with the Sheriff to discuss a case. Doesn’t fulfill FOIA requests or at least they tell the prosecutor one thing and their FOIA fulfillment doesn’t show the same. They fail to file charges when one of their officers is involved. I wish the prosecutors office would take it more seriously but they seem to just take the word of if an officer when the evidence shows otherwise. If anyone happens to be a reporter or would like further info I’d be happy to share some recordings and documentation. Please reach out on telegram, username jn101217.

They've completely failed me and my daughter. I just wanted a decent police report stating simple facts and I've been trying for well over a month to get them to act. It's sad they can't help law-abiding, long-time locals with a 5 minute job that they should of done in the first place. Very disappointing. I give them 2 stars for all the people with integrity who do a good job.

Ladies in the front office were polite and helpful.
