We met Damon in Lowe's when he overheard us discussing furnaces with a sales rep, he gave us a business card and said to call him if we needed anything. He was out the next week to give us an estimate. We made our deposit on a Friday and had technicians at our home the next Monday. Rick and Will did a fantastic job, they were timely and efficient and Rick took the time to explain to us what he was doing and make sure it was suitable for our needs. Linda in the office was so pleasant and easy to work with. From start to finish, this company has been outstanding.

They are very professional. I had an appointment at 10 am and they called at 9:00 am to see if I was available earlier for my appointment. They came in and were very understanding about me asking them to walk to the back of my house due to having two large dogs. They were very nice and helpful giving me suggestions and information about any questions I asked. I will definitely use them again for any of my HVAC needs.

Had a “new” furnace and ac installed. When finished...”I” had to research manufacturing company for phone numbers and serial numbers myself to register and do warranty. Upon doing so, I found out the ac unit was indeed a new one, but that the furnace they installed was new...with full warranty. BUT... was 8 years old. It was old inventory when Mr. Bolden bought the company. I was never told this. Things that set “8” years tend to have problems. Our first actual use in winter racked up over $1800 in repairs thru another company because quality home refused to service since I questioned and said I was unhappy. Needless to say I had to get courts involved. Mr. Bolden was prompt in the courts finding. Would only suggest that u stay on top and question. There were also charges for material not used at my home.

The air conditioning was out in kitchen and dining room.Mr Bolden squeezed us in even though he was very busy with the days being very hot.Service was prompt and accurate.
