We used Point Heating & Air to install our heating and cooling units in the new hosue we are building. They installed everything we needed from the units themselves to the duct work and so on. We had several people come out to give us bids and as soon as we met Brad with Point Heating and Air we knew he was the guy we wanted to do the work! You could tell he cared about his company and the work that was produced. His staff all the way around were professional and polite. (Even when they had to deal with our two crazy cats who thought the duct work was their new personal play area). We have done our research on everyone we hire to work on our new home. We read reviews and take personal accounts into consideration when choosing a company. I would highly recommend without hesitation Point Heating and Air for any of your heating and cooling needs. They provide good quality work that doesn't break the bank! We couldn't have ask for a easier install or better quality! A job well done! 👏

We bought an Amish house in Southern Ohio. Brad and crew were very effective in working with our constraints (the existing house had no ducts…). We found the best HVAC solution at a reasonable price. I found them to be experienced and competent, with good mentoring and supervision for the less-experienced team members. They were always professional, but also very enjoyable. I was sad to see them go.

The team at Point Heating and Air was awesome from the time first contact was made all the way through installation was complete. They were very thorough, very efficient, and it honestly felt like they wanted to do a good job. They replaced my gas furnace and my ac unit plus installed a zoning system to control the flow of air in my house. They showed up when they said they would be there, completed the job in the timeframe given, and didn’t charge me a dime more than my estimate. This is how business should be done. I have had them service our heating and cooling system for several years. They replaced our heating and cooling about 5 yrs ago. They did a great job, very clean and the workers were awesome. I highly recommend them.

Point Heating and Air very professional they tell you when they're leaving to go work on your job and when they're finished with it on the website they show the systems that they have already completed and they are very large complicated looking system so anybody that can do something like that has to know what they're doing and they're the people that you can trust to do it very happy that they could help me to finish this broken down system that somebody else tried to do but their experience was a very good experience very happy with with them thank you very much
