This place was amazing! There is so much history here. You can get right by the water. Love it! Go see this if you have not.

This place is so awesome. As small as it is it holds so much history and cool things to look at and learn, and it's free!!! Although small you can walk through the house look at history and see how they lived. The lady on the inside she was so friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable. I talked to her for awhile about alot of different things, just loved her to death. Everyone should stop and just take alittle time to see a bit of history!! Plus how can you beat free and great pictures!!!!

An amazing beautiful place with so much history. Definitely worth the time, there are magnificent views of the two rivers here and the infamous Silver Bridge which was the place of this country's largest bridge disaster. Make it a spot to visit on your list!

Beautiful, well manicured and walkable to or from downtown Point Pleasant. Mostly wheelchair accessible (the river facing murals aren't necessarily impassible with a manual stroller/chair, but it's not Paved. Rather, it's somewhat packed pea gravel and some parts are deeper than others.) But overall, we had a great time and will definitely return.

I love the location of the monument! What a beautiful park to learn history of Point Pleasant and also to just enjoy the scenery around the monument.

Beautiful little state park(smallest in the US).
And very well kept up. Nice swings with river front views.
