I just got done speaking with a salesman at this place and I had to go right on and give a review. I didn't purchase anything because I was looking for a used home and they didn't have anything right now but this gentleman took his time answered all my questions was extremely polite and right now I'm at a loss for his name I'm so sorry. Anyway if this is their business model and how they treat people all the time I would recommend everyone in the entire state of West Virginia to buy a home here. !!!

Very dirty. Broken glass on the outside, boards with nails sticking up in every doublewide we looked at. Garbage all over the place.

They couldn’t tell the truth if their life depended on it. We did our walk through and our sales lady/office manager told us that they paper we were signing was stating we did the walk through and these were the findings of things wrong. (Long list by the way) which in fact isn’t want we were signing. We signed off on the house so she could get her paycheck. The house has been on our property for over 6 months and things still are not fixed. It’s constant lies all the time. However, I have no problems with the guys that comes and do the repairs on what they could fix. Parts of the house was torn off in the process of somewhere between where they built it in TN to our property and they still are not fixed. I’m so disappointed with this place.
