Love stopping and doing my wash at Dukes. The attendant is always ready with a smile and a kind word. And the place is in good repair. Wish the dryers were a little hotter or ran for more than 5 min per quarter $0.25
But they are still as quick as my dryer at home.

Dryers took quarters and ones that didn't rob me, didn't dry comforter well. The dry cleaners wasn't open with no way of contacting them. Bathroom was out of order, as well as the laundry dispensers!

There was only 1 single load washer working last time I went and 3 dryers. Fix your business for crying out loud!
The bathroom hasn't been operating for about 3 years!

I haven't done laundry at a laundry mat in years . Well I put a ten dollar bill in the change machine, it made a noise and then stopped and the red out of order sign came on. And it DID NOT do anything. I looked up the number on Google and called. Well GGG it was disconnected.

Honestly don’t waste your time. This place needs to shut the doors. Nothing works they have approximately 22 regular washers 6 might be working I put money into two of them that wouldn’t even take my money. None of the triple loaders worked and all of the double loaders where out of order. 11 out of 22 dryers didn’t have non-working sticky notes on them saying does not work. Just sad this place used to be a nice clean place.

Costs around 2.50 to 3.00 to wash a load depending on the washer you choose. I also didn't like that the dryers made me pay $1.50 before they'd start up. There was no price on them, I had to just keep feeding it quarters until the light came on. That's twice as much money as the previous laundry mat I went to the week before. Most of the machines are broken, and the cost of the dryers are the reasons for the 3 stars.

Idk where the good reviews r coming from for this place. About the only good thing about it was the attendant when we first arrived. She tried to navigate us around the working /out of order machines b4 she left. That being said I'd like to address a few problems. I counted the machines (yes I am a pt karen 😂). The single loaders 9/21 worked...double 0/4...1/7...the "newer" dryers 4/14 worked..."older" dryers 4/7. Honestly idk how this place is open. U can't even PAY to go to the bathroom now as it is "out of order" too. The floors are crumbling (large spots missing) and dirty. Door is bashed in and the glass is taped together right where kids r entering and exiting the business. The machines will take your $ and not give u credit. Some do not even have a coin return button. I lost 8.25 just trying to get washers loaded and running 😐

Most all the washers and dryers were out of order. Very disappointing. So happy my washer was fixed in 2 days. 😡😡
