Asked them to replace the elastic in my favorite skirt, gave them my exact waist measurements taken that day. They cut the elastic to my waist size and so the weight of the fabric made it a little too big. Took it back to have it taken in, when I got it back it was about 3 sizes smaller. Since they had taken fabric out of the waist it can no longer be fixed. So $30 later and I have a unwearable item.

Took two skirts here to get shortened. The Hem line was incredibly unstraight (almost like they looked away while doing it). I have a sewing machine, but I chose to take it here because I didn't want to do an ameutur job. So, they did an bad job & charged me $30. IIcan't believe they were comfortable charging me for their service. Won' go back for seamstress work again. It is sad because I live in South Charleston & like to keep local.

I needed a suit done by 10am the next day for a funeral. I gave it to them right before they closed for the day; It was ready by 9.

These guys really came through for us. We unexpectedly needed our dry cleaning completed in the morning after we had dropped them off the evening before, instead of the 4pm time frame they originally said they'd be ready by. I called in the morning and explained the sitch about how i had to rush to Maryland blah blah blah and how i was needing to leave town asap and even if they hadn't started on them i would still pay full price if i could just pick them up. Over the ph they figured out what jackets shirts and pants were mine and said give them a little bit and they would callback with them completed, and they did. I was able to pick them up, though slightly damp feeling but clean nonetheless in good time and still in the AM.. hung up everything on the rack in the suv and down the hwy i went. Friendly woman on the phone who was the real champion, i wish i caught her name to mention it here. 5 star for pulling off what a lot of cleaners wouldn't be able to.

I am writing this review to warn every bride to not take your dress here to be cleaned and preserved. My dress was supposed to be done at the end of June. I had to stop in the store 3 times in July to ask about it, I was told each time that it would be done by the end of the week. It was literally just hanging in the middle of the store for over a month without them even attempting to clean it. It took my husband going in there after this for them to finally clean my dress. Once finally receiving my dress, I opened the box to find my dress tangled and just thrown into the box. I am highly disappointed and don't want any other bride to feel the way I felt when seeing my wedding dress treated like trash.

They have a awesone alteration department. I had 4 pair of pants hemmed and they were perfect

I had them launder my clothes on July 16th, 2021 .I paid $73.00 for 2 bags of laundry and they turned all my white shirts light blue because they didn't separate the whites from the darks. A couple were Polo Ralph Laurce of the shirts ruined en , so I am out at least $200.00 for the price of the shirts ruined.I have never had a problem before whith dry cleaning, have been a customer for over 20 years. I won't be back.
