Worst medical experience I've ever had. I started out at Riverside where my symptoms became so sever they transferred me to War Memorial before my registration could even be completed. After being escorted via wheelchair by Riverside staff and hand delivered to War Memorial I had a small wait until I was called in and that is the only plus to my visit. After waiting 3hrs I was finally tested for strep despite being transferred for sevear nausea, fever, and light headedness. The test of course came out negative and when I protested that I was sent here for obviously different symptoms the doctor muttered under his breath and quickly left the room. Shortly after I was discharged with acute bronchitis (which was not my problem nor was I treated for). I left the ER in tears and unbelievably upset at the lack of professionalism and lack meer interest the staff had in me.

Visiting from Vermont needed emergency care. Everyone treated me well from the intake person to the physician. May need to return for a follow up procedure.

Worse place I have ever been.i was literally the only person here and waited 2 hours to be seen.then another 2 hours passed by before I finally was released .if you feel like its an emergency dont come here ,you will surely die before being seen by anyone

Our kid needed to get checked out after an injury. The staff were very good with kids and had us in and out in no time.

No rooms available, wife is doubled over in pain and not 1 nurse can see her. The waiting room is empty!!! But somehow they have no rooms!!! Been waiting for over an hour to be seen!!!! Absolutely the worst hospital I have ever been to. And as a veteran I’ve seen my share of horrible hospitals. What a disgraceful place!!!! They are going to kill someone!!!! Absolutely insane that this place is even a loud to be operating under these conditions! Shame on them and sham on the community that allow this to continue!!
