EZCare Walk-in Medical Center

We waited 3.5 hours after filing new-patient paperwork to be seen and have X-rays performed. They did not attempt to sanitize the lobby the entire time, and the examination room was filthy. We had to request for the room to be properly sanitized.

I received excellent care during a recent visit. All of the employees were helpful, caring and quick.

Went in for stomach pain that ive had for 2 weeks and put me on antibiotics for a uti. Turns out that stomach pain was a umbilical hernia that they failed to see and brushed off as a uti.

The staff there from the front end receptionists to doctors in the back have all treated me so kindly and shown their concern to me. You don't get that level of genuine care anywhere else around here.

I have ALWAYS gotten the BEST of care each and every time I have gone to EZCare. Yes sometimes the waits are long but to me the wait is worth the Service that I have gotten. Every person that I have had an opportunity to deal with has been EXCELLENT. Just like any other Dr.’s Office you have to wait your turn. This office NOT only takes walk in’s but also takes patients by appointments so if you see numerous people going in ahead of you it is because they have 1. Arrived there before you arrived 2. They have a set appointment time and appointments are always first anywhere you go. If I need the care bad enough I am willing to wait my turn. EZCare you are the BEST, just keep doing what you are there to do!!! And yes Dr.s Offices do have to have a last patient call or they would NOT be able to CLOSE at their set time. They have this set up for a reason. It simply is NOT a 24 hour a day Clinic. They are EXCELLENT at what they do and I appreciate everything that they have done for me.

I either sprained or broke my ankle, I’m not sure yet as I was turned away by them and had to go to another urgent care in Winchester. I looked at their hours on google. It says they’re open till 7:00 pm. They are the closest urgent care and 30 minutes away. I got there at 6:35 pm to find a sign on the door that says they take their last patient at 6:30 pm. I called them from their front door and explained that I might have a broken ankle, need an X-ray, and didn’t realize they had a “last call” time before their closing time as it’s not posted on their Google listing. When I spoke with the woman at the front desk, she said they wouldn’t see me because they had already started cleaning up for the day. Sorry my urgent need has inconvenienced you. Isn’t it called “urgent care” for a reason? If you list your closing time as 7:00pm, shouldn’t you keep your doors unlocked until then? Or if you have a “last call” rule, shouldn’t it be posted online so those of us in real pain don’t waste our time? I’ve wasted an hour and a half of my life not getting the care I need because of you're poor excuse of running a business.

I presume the negative reviews are really because we are usually in a bad place by the time we arrived at urgent care. At the very least sick and tired.
I had a severe allergic reaction and walked in and all three women who helped me did so with kindness, efficiency, and were perfectly professional despite me showing up when they already had their hand full of sick kids and lots of walk-ins.
I was so absorbed with my condition that I didn’t even get their names or properly thank them.
So THANKS ladies.

Wait time was minimal. Friendly staff and professionals. Good experience every time. Highly recommend this place.
