Very nice. Large indoor swimming pool. The gym has everything you need to get a full workout. Just off of U.S. Route 119 so it's easy to find. There is daily or monthly membership fee.

Good place to workout. Some older people work harder than us young'uns. Great staff, very friendly. Highly recommended

A great place to work out. A nice indoor walking track, plenty of cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. Work out on your own or with friends.
I've met several nice people there. the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I went for the pool. Nice indoor heated pool and swim laps. Good, well attended water aerobics class. Cost is $5 for non-members. Don't know the cost for a member.

It's still good choice to go to stay in shape. The equipment needs updating. Times to go are 730 Am to about 8:30Am or you get ran over by the older folks . Then about 1230 noon . Don't go after 3 it's terrible busy again.

The associates are friendly and helpful. Leah is the best! Great place for getting healthy at a great price.

Can't rave enough about this place. Finding a gym with a pool at this price is like finding a golden needle in a haystack. The staff is extremely helpful and it's locker rooms are clean.

Staff is awesome as always. Clean place to workout.
Family group pricing not bad either.
