An exceptional massage therapist..gentle and caring is what I found in Vicki. She has been a big part of my recovery after a medical event that left my neck and thoracic back region as one of my biggest life’s challenges. After my first massage with Vicki..where my back muscles still felt like concrete..I knew I was in the right place for some amazing help towards my recovery. I would recommend her to anyone and I am so thankful for my muscular improvement to date.

Vicki is an excellent yoga instructor with a calming voice that melts your stress away. Her classes are structured to include beginners and advanced participants. Her wonderful massages are personally tailored for each client from relaxing to deep tissue. Highly recommend.

The yoga class I attended was so rejuvenating. The studio has such a relaxing environment that allowed me to leave my outside worries at the door. I've also been several times for a massage and plan to continue coming back. I can't think of anything more relaxing.
